This includes issues such as deck delamination caused by faulty construction or glue. If a defect is found within this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling. Specifically, it does not include breakage caused by regular use, incorrect installation of accessories, improper foot placement during high-impact tricks, or intentional damage. Additionally, wear on the tail or nose from dragging, edge chipping from contact with curbs or rough surfaces, and warping due to exposure to heat, moisture, rain, snow, or immersion in water are considered normal wear and are not covered under this warranty. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided. |
