• Material - High quality raw material is applicable for the fuel cap production and assembly. The cap mounting base and midel fuel cap is made by T6061-T6 air craft aluminum. The mounting bolts are 304 stainless steel. The sealings are made by vulcanized rubber.
• Features - The fuel cap is in keyless quick open design. A direct and easy push and rotation could open the cap. Direct rotation could lock the cap. Will only take 0.5 second to open and relock. Quick and easy.
• Performance - The stong mechanical structure offers the fuel cap a stable performance no matter if having a long time high speed riding or slowly dring environment. Vulcanized rubber o-rings are applicable for the fuel cap sealing. The vulcanized rubber will not melted by gas and could offer a good sealing effect as always.
